Congrats on the award, Kelly it so very well deserved! I have learned so much about birds from reading your informative posts, but I also enjoy the entertaining narrative just as much!
So very glad we've become friends!! :-)
Congratulations Kelly and thank you so much for passing the award on to me, you are so kind.
You deserve those wonderful awards. I am a big fan of your blog.
Happy Bloom Tuesday - please stop by and see what I have shared today.
Happy Spring!
Congratulations, Kelly! And thanks for passing the Kreative Blogger Award on to me.
Hi Kelly,
You deserved these awards. Your blog is fascinating and we can learn a lot about the wolrd around you just by reading your posts. So congrats and keep on!
Well done on the awards Kelly! Thanks for passing one onto me - very flattered!
In answer to your patch question, you left on my comments.
A 'Patch' can be of any size, in any place. It can be local or far away. The aim is to visit your patch as much as possible, so it's better nearer, than further. Also it wants to be of a size that can be covered in a few hours, and has some varied habitat. It can be very rewarding if you collect all your sightings over a piriod of time!
Congrats on the Van Gogh’s Ear Award Kelly. As everyone says it is well deserved for your very interesting & informative blog.
I'm gobsmacked & astounded to be given an artistic award - THANK YOU for passing this on.
Lol FAB
Kallen...thank you very much!! :-)
Laure...thanks...and I've learned a lot from your site too. You're a very inspiring artist.
Roy...thank you!
Bren...Thank you! I did stop by. Loved the yellow daffs and all the gardening info!
Roy...Thank you....passing an award back to you, since you passed my first award to me!
Chris...thank you for giving me the award! I always love your posts.
Warren...thanks and congrats! and thanks for describing the meaning of "patch." I think it's a great term. I need to get a larger patch...right now, the rookery is my most regular patch, but it's more of a patchkin. :-)
FAB...thanks...yep, you and Warren have the creative beauty in the details, plus I've been visiting your sites from the very beginning. You two always see more birds in one outing than I see in an entire month...
Congrats to you Kelly, and thank you for nominating me. That is very kind of you. I will display the badge with pride.
...thanks Heather. You do a lot of creative stuff on your blog. It's always fun!
