I am having a lot of fun at the Biggest Week in American Birding, and I've seen oodles of beautiful warblers. Highest counts so far for me have been Magnolia Warblers, American Redstarts, Chestnut-sided Warblers, Bay-breasted Warblers, Wilson's Warblers, Blackpoll Warblers, Black-throated Warblers, and Canada Warblers (basically, they are everywhere). Here are a few shots of a female Canada Warbler...

…that big, bespectacled eye is gorgeous! |
I would write more, but I'm exhausted...
The first field sketching class on Monday was a blast! What a wonderful experience. We all had fun, and everyone created fantastic sketches. The second class is tomorrow. Fingers crossed the rain holds off!

such a beautiful bird.
it is striking, rather reminds me of the Aussie silvereye, though your bird is bigger. Beautiful photos Kelly
Beautiful, Kelly. You got some fine shots.

Gorgeous bird and superb photos! I'd never even heard of a Canada Warbler. Thanks!

Obviously THE place to be. Great shots Kelly.
...thank you, everyone! The Biggest Week is definitely the place to be in May. It's so much fun to see the birds, but being around hundreds of people who also love birds and bird conservation is fun too!!
AWESOME photos! My eyes are "full" now! Thanks. Cheryl
