Happy Independence Day!

I found this flag flying in the historic district in
Savannah, Georgia not too far away from Paula
Deen's restaurant and store. I liked the look of the
Stars and Stripes against the filigreed ironworks.
Have a Happy Fourth!

  1. Great picture, Kel.... Did you all eat at Lady N Sons???? We tried when we were there last summer---but couldn't get in (and we hadn't made a reservation). We ended up eating at Bubba's Oyster Restaurant (Paula Deen's brother's place). It was great!!!!

Hope you and your family have a wonderful 4th weekend.
    Love you,
    Betsy

  2. Betsy....the line was way too long to just try to get reservations, so I bought my mom an apron and my dad some coffee (along with some spices) in her store. The coffee smelled soooooo good! I LOVED Savannah......the old cemetery was so interesting. So much history...

    Cindy...thank you! Happy 4th!
